Grand Traverse Pie Company Unveils New Menu Items

A Collection of Culinary Perfected Flavors for the Summer Season

(Traverse City, MI) – Grand Traverse Pie Company is unveiling a new collection of menu items for the summer season. Making its debut this month, at each Grand Traverse Pie Company location are fresh new menu items chocked full of new flavors. The new collection of menu items features a fresh Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese; a Turkey Reuben piled high with homemade slaw; a handcrafted Caprese Sandwich with basil mozzarella and fresh tomatoes; and a Chicken Fiesta Salad with a oven baked, specially seasoned chicken.

“Our reputation has been built on handcrafting great pies and traditional classic sandwiches. But, we feel that seasonal favorites like these healthy choices are a great addition to our menu. This offers guests new and exciting choices with flavors that they may not have experienced at the Grand Traverse Pie Company,” stated GTPC Founder, Mike Busley.

Longtime patrons to any one of the Grand Traverse Pie Company locations will take delight in knowing that the favorite Grilled Sandwich menu board will still feature popular fare like the Lighthouse and Manitou. A variety of nourishing soups are always offered each day at the Grand Traverse Pie Company. The Grand Traverse Combo features a choice of two selections – ½ sandwich, small salad, or a cup of deliciously robust soup – all for just around $7.00.

To celebrate Father’s Day each Grand Traverse Pie location will offer a FREE SLICE OF PIE with the purchase of a salad, sandwich, or the number one best selling pie…Pot Pie! A great way to celebrate to Fathers Day June 4th through June 17th!

GT Pie has become our favorite. We cannot get there often but we love the menu choices and the punch cards are a plus. We were sorry to see the lunch punch card eliminated, but that will not stop us from coming in from time to time.
