Shipping Pies
When you order pies online from the Grand Traverse Pie Company, we will ship your items 2nd day FedEx air on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for arrival on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We can also do special shipping. For example, we can overnight orders for an additional $15.00 per box and we can do Saturday deliveries for an additional $15.00 per box as well. For special shipping orders, please call 1-866-444-7437 to place a special order.

Packaging Pies for Shipping
Grand Traverse Pie Company fruit pies are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed securely in our shipping boxes. All of our cream pies, pumpkin pies, pecan pies and all baked goods are freshly baked, frozen and shipped on ice packs to ensure safe travels. Preserves, sauces, gift boxes along with sweets and treats are all shipped FedEx ground packed tightly in crinkle cut paper to arrive in 3-5 buisness days.

All orders are baked and shipped out of Traverse City, Michigan and we Ship to locations anywhere in the U.S. Please allow two days for your order to be processed and another two days for baking. Once your pie or baked good has arrived they can be served for another three days. All fruit pies, cakes, brownies and cookies are best stored on the counter at room temperature. All cream pies, pumpkin pies, pecan pies and cheesecakes should be stored in the refrigerator upon arrival.
