Lou and Gail Denski are the franchisees of the Brighton Pie Shop. It’s located in the heart of the beautiful town of Brighton, Michigan, on East Grand River – the main artery of the town.

In addition to our award-winning fruit and cream pies, the Brighton store offers our complete Bakery Café lunch menu of gourmet sandwiches, quiches, pot pies, soups, salads, and wraps. They have added additional seating and offer a wide variety of lunchtime catering options.
