Store fruit pies at room temperature right in the box. To reheat a single slice, microwave for 20-30 seconds, or put the whole pie in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Pumpkin and Pecan Pies should be stored in the fridge in their own boxes. Cream pies can be stored in their own boxes in the refrigerator. Of course, we recommend enjoying all of our pies at their freshest.

Caring for our Pies
Your pies and baked goods can be served up to 3 days from the day you receive them. The fruit pies are best stored on your counter. We don’t recommend refrigeration – it causes the crust to become soggy. The cream, pumpkin & pecan pies, cheesecakes and carrot cakes should be placed in the refrigerator upon arrival. All other baked goods do not require refrigeration.
If you will not be serving your pie or baked good right away, we recommend freezing it. Keep your 9” fruit pies in the bag and put it in the pie box to freeze. Keep all other pies and baked goods in their container and place them in the freezer. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer, remove packaging to thaw overnight on the counter. For a steamy fresh fruit pie; place your thawed out pie in the oven at 225 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
