Traverse City chosen as a Thanksgiving destination for foodies
The folks at HomeAway, a travel web site that helps people locate vacation destinations, have identified Traverse City as one of the best Thanksgiving destinations for foodies.
The list, published on The Huffington Post, identifies Traverse City as one of five spots in the U.S. that provides wonderful dining options for the holiday.
Grand Traverse Pie Co. is mentioned in the first slide, which focuses on Traverse city and also mentions several other dining spots in northern Michigan.
