Grand Traverse Pie Company is introducing new ‘seasonal friendly’ menu items – SALADS! In addition to their menu of seven succulent salads, which includes it Signature Cherry Chicken Salad – grilled garlic chicken breast, tomato, sliced cucumber, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, and topped with Michigan dried cherries; GTPC will feature a new Harvest Peach with Egg Salad. Making its debut today, Monday, March 28th throughout the Grand Traverse Pie Company family of shops, the new Harvest Peach Salad features an ‘All American Favorite’ – Egg Salad.
A classic egg salad scoop, made with mayo, spicy mustard, and pickle relish served on a bed of crisp romaine and spring mix, then complemented with Harvest Peaches, fresh tomatoes and cucumber. Guests are invited to substitute the classic egg salad with a scoop of the GTPC’s number one selling salad; the Gourmet Chicken Salad – a fresh chicken salad mixed with roasted pecans and Michigan dried cherries or the Fresh Dill Tuna salad – albacore tuna stirred with fresh dill, mayo, and celery. All three salads: the new Egg Salad, Gourmet Chicken Salad, and the Fresh Dill Tuna Salad maybe served on a bed of greens, croissant, or on homemade whole wheat bread.
Spring and Summer are the perfect seasons to enjoy crisp salads of every sort. The Grand Traverse Pie Company boasts a menu chocked-full of salads including the Strawberry Fields Salad (greens with fresh apples, mandarin oranges, red onion, parmesan cheese, cinnamon roasted pecans topped with fresh strawberries); a traditional Chicken Caesar and Greek salads; Fresh Pear Chicken Salad; and an Apple Pecan Salad served with GTPC’s signature berry cherry vinaigrette.
The new menu features are ‘Comfortably’ priced at $5.99 for either the Egg Salad Sandwich or Harvest Peach and Egg Salad.
