For our 25th Anniversary this year, we are bringing back some of our ‘Best Of’ pies from the GT Pie recipe archives. We are excited to feature our famous Strawberry Champagne Pie for the month of May! It’s perfect for Mother’s Day or just to enjoy any day this month.
This beautiful pie has a hint of champagne flavor in the strawberry filling, our delectable toasty crumb topping – then we add a large pastry dough heart, and drizzle with chocolate ganache to finish it off! For the week of Mother’s Day, we will also add a pastry ribbon that says ‘MOM.’ It is a beautiful way to tell your “Mom” that she is special and that you love her.
