Treat yo’self to a Blueberry Lemon Silk Pie! We’ve had thousands of requests from fans since we first introduced this pie in 2019. We are bringing it back for a limited time beginning March 1st in honor of our 25th Anniversary!
This beautiful pie starts with our famous handmade pastry crust we all know and love. Made fresh every day, we line the crust with a handmade blueberry filling, then add a layer of lightly whipped cream cheese filling made with freshly squeezed lemons, then all decorated with a scalloped whipped cream topping, blueberries, and lemon zest.

Yes! We will be featuring it for March and April. It’s always recommended to call ahead to special order a pie too. 🙂
